Everyone is anxious some of the time. Some students experience more anxiety than others. This psychoeducational workshop could be for you if you feel anxious about everyday situations, or if you want to remain calm before a major event like an exam, presentation, performance, or game. The workshop combines group meetings and support with exercises designed to help you keep your worries at bay and focus on the things that are important to you. For maximum flexibility and ease of access, the workshop is delivered through video conferencing – you connect with your group by video.
